“Did Paul and Moses know eachother?”
“If God created the world, who created God?”
“How much should I pay to be baptized?”
These are actual questions we get asked. For questions like these, we teach Bible Overview. Its foundational. A simple but comprehensive curriculum that covers the basics from the Character of God, Creation, The Fall of Man, The Law, Jesus, all the way through early Church History. This week during Titus Project, all our teachers in training (like Phila who is pictured) are modeled how to teach this and given practical skills for making it simple when being passed on to developing areas. In many settings you can’t just teach “God is omnipresent, He is everywhere” without explaining correctly so it doesn’t get misinterpreted in their culture as “God is in everything”. Thus, we worship things like rocks or trees. In weeks to come, we’ll show you one of these teachings in action on the field.
